Our Process.

Step 1

The first step in fabricating a metal project is designing a blueprint. This includes specifying dimensions, materials, and requirements. Software like AutoCAD or SolidWorks can make the design process easier and allow for visualization and modifications. A detailed design file ensures a smooth fabrication process and accurate representation of the project's goals and purpose.

Step 2

Our machine uses a high-velocity stream of ionized gas is used to cut through metal. This process is efficient, precise, and versatile, making it ideal for cutting a wide range of metal thicknesses. Plasma cutting requires a design file from step 1, which specifies the dimensions and shape of the metal pieces to be cut. The plasma cutting process can be automated for repetitive cuts, and the resulting pieces are ready for further fabrication.

Step 3

Deburring is a crucial step in the CNC tube plasma metal cutting process that ensures a high-quality end product. After the cutting process, the edges of the metal tube can have sharp burrs or rough edges that need to be removed. We use advanced testing and inspection techniques to ensure that each metal tube meets the required specifications and quality standards before it leaves our shop.
